A PHP developer in a former life, Nick Fisher switched to full time development of Javascript applications two years ago and hasn’t looked back. This has brought him all the way from Australia to Berlin, where he’s now working at SoundCloud on their Javascript and HTML5-based projects.

In this talk, I'll be discussing SoundCloud's experiences with developing large-scale applications with javascript, not only at the runtime, but also our steps to make development and deployment easier.
